CLEAN PLATE AND CINCO CANTINA

 

Located on the second floor of Ellis Hall in Eagles Landing, the Clean Plate station offers students healthy dining options that are gluten-free and completely free of the top nine most common food allergens. All recipes are free of wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, & sesame.
The recipes included at the station have been carefully and thoughtfully developed by Executive Chef Morgan Olson & Executive Sous Chef Charles Peterson. The station features dishes such as Cornish game hen, kebabs, cauliflower pizza, & spring vegetables with quinoa penne.
The Clean Plate station is fully certified as an allergen-free zone through Kitchens with Confidence. Rigorous testing is completed each month to maintain this certification.
